Following PayPal’s acquisition of Zettle, our team led the launch and reintroduction of the product within the PayPal ecosystem. The work focused on updating Zettle’s brand, messaging, and visual language to align with PayPal’s look and feel, while preserving the product’s utility and appeal for small business owners. I led copy and messaging across touchpoints, ensuring the transition felt cohesive, intuitive, and clearly connected to PayPal’s broader product suite.
