Each year, PayPal’s Merchant team refreshes its strategy to drive small business sign-ups. Our team developed a comprehensive full-funnel campaign that aligned PayPal’s updated brand tone and visual identity across every stage of the journey. I led the creation of the messaging framework and oversaw the development of landing pages, as well as static and video assets, ensuring clarity and consistency around PayPal’s product offerings. I also supervised localization across multiple countries and languages, maintaining brand integrity while adapting messaging for regional markets.
